Dosco collaborates with other hydraulic companies to stay current on technology and customer needs. Gear Pump Manufacturing (GPM) in Cape Town, GPM US in the United States and Gear Pump Distributors in the United Kingdom and Australia are their partners. This allows them to provide the best technology to their customers while also maintaining expert knowledge in the industry.
Dosco uses six computerised test benches to ensure the proper operation of their hydraulic units. Flow, pressure, speed, temperature and torque are all measured by these machines. Dosco can test units at speeds of up to 1000 litres per minute and provide a test report that includes all repairs and new components.
Fitters at Dosco are specially trained to use cutting-edge technology and components. They work in dust-free assembly areas with specialised tools to ensure that everything is properly assembled.
